Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Returns must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or intimate apparel
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  2. Include the original packing slip
