You may return most unworn items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Return request must be submitted within 15 days

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

• Hats (all styles)
• Final sale items
• Intimate apparel
